Britain’s Duchess of York could face trial in Turkey after she was served with legal papers by Scotland Yard police. Sarah Ferguson, 50, was handed the documents yesterday (19.11.09) after infuriating Turkish authorities by going undercover for ‘Duchess and Daughters: Their Secret Mission’, a documentary which exposed the poor conditions in state-run orphanages.

Officials insist the documentary broke privacy laws and also regulations that ban secret filming and trespassing on government property in Turkey. Cameraman Chris Rogers and an ITV documentary producer were also served with legal papers by the police on behalf of the authorities in Ankara. It has requested all three make statements on their activities in the country – which could form the basis of an extradition request.

This was a basic undercover filming documantry in Turkey and she has been trying to damage Turkey and blacken. Turkish autorities stated that they will take more action if she dont get punished because alot of people from UK has reported that there is more unfairness going round the UK and ITV never give attention.

Monster and Critism reported and stated “A Home Office spokesman said: “It is not our usual policy to comment on cases. “However, the Home Office can confirm it has received a formal request for legal assistance concerning Sarah, Duchess of York.

It has been referred to the Metropolitan Police to progress.” A spokesperson for the duchess said: “The Duchess of York has received a request for information and will be co-operating fully with that request.” Lawyers for UK network ITV, who aired the documentary, are said to be meeting with police today (20.11.09).

At the beginning of the year, Turkish Social Affairs Minister Nimet Cubukcu blasted the programme, saying: “It is very clear that Mrs. Sarah Ferguson has bad intentions. She is obviously in a campaign to blacken Turkey’s name.”

Some Turkish people who has been married to British national has reported that ” he hasnt seen kids for 6 months and regulations are not protecting him and they left kids with mother who was abusing them in Yorkshire” he stated that Turkish TV should do some documantry in UK and see how they threat foreign people in UK.

Duchess of York should done all this by legal way and take permission from Turkish Autorities and now time to pay back for her, hopefully British Autorities will see what damage she has been caused on Turkey.
